Below are some non-academic research projects that I am most proud of. For confidentiality purposes, some information are either redacted or replaced with examples; all case studies have been approved for portfolio use. Please reach out if you would like the password for these case studies.
I led an end-to-end concept testing study to evaluate the usability of an LMS admin tool and test out new features. I created the research plan, study session guide, recruitment materials, and final report for the findings and recommendations.
An early-stage concept testing I led to explore the viability of 5 in-game features. Data was collected via survey and interviews; research findings were presented to stakeholders to assist with product decisions.
I helped launch 3 marketing surveys to uncover possible adoption barriers and benchmark the likelihood of adopting the new standalone casino app that was launched in December, 2024.

I wrote this paper on understanding the behaviours of undergraduate students and their usage of Generative AI using Brenda Dervin's Sense-Making Model.
I wrote this research proposal outline for an empirical study that will compare traditional foreign language learning methods with new digital language learning methods.
This individual assignment is a comparative research dissection that analyzed two scholarly articles that examined post-COVID19 language learning methods using different approaches.
This group assignment analyzed the proportion of Fall 2022 STA304 students who actually read and follow instructions. This assignment was written for an undergraduate statistics course.
