I turn user insights and data into human-centric designs:

This portfolio showcases how I apply UX thinking across the entire design process. My focus is to solve user engagement challenges by creating experiences that are thoughtful, inclusive, and grounded in user insights.

Qualitative User Research

I use qualitative methods to uncover user needs, validate ideas, and guide design direction. Below are some professional projects that I am most proud of. Please reach out if you would like the password for these case studies.

I led an end-to-end concept testing study to evaluate the usability of an LMS admin tool and test out new features. I created the research plan, study session guide, recruitment materials, and final report for the findings and recommendations.
An early-stage concept testing I led to explore the viability of 5 in-game features. Data was collected via survey and interviews; research findings were presented to stakeholders to assist with product decisions.
I helped launch 3 marketing surveys to uncover possible adoption barriers and benchmark the likelihood of adopting the new standalone casino app that was launched in December, 2024.

Quantitative Data Analysis

I use data and UX storytelling to bridge the gap between research insights and business impact. I bring clarity to complexity and uncovering patterns that drive better decision-making.

I worked with a synthetic dataset of over 8,000 airline reviews to explore how different service factors affect passengers’ overall satisfaction.
This group assignment analyzed the proportion of Fall 2022 STA304 students who actually read and follow instructions. This assignment was written for an undergraduate statistics course.

User Interface Design

I design clear, accessible, and scalable interfaces using design thinking best practices. My UI work is grounded in user research and shaped to support real interaction flows.

As part of a graduate-level UI design course, I individually developed a design system, task flows, and a Figma prototype for a gamified screen-time management app.
As part of a graduate-level capstone project in collaboration with UofT MADLab, I led the design system efforts for the upcoming EventNest section of UofT Mobile.
